This role is right at the heart of what we do. You’ll be working closely with our suppliers, managing complex logistics, and helping us execute every trip with total precision.

OVERVIEW
Outpost Overseas is a Scottish-based Golf Tour Operator, delivering exceptional golf travel experiences.
We are looking for an organised, motivated, and detail focused individual to join our team as a Tour Operations Administrator. This role is central to the smooth delivery of our trips, working closely with suppliers, the Managing Director, and Client Experience Managers to ensure every detail is handled with care and precision.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a discretionary bonus linked to performance.
Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week, with some flexibility around core hours. The role includes occasional weekend on call client contact, approximately four to five weekends per year for which you will be paid an out of hours fee.
Benefits:
Location: Hybrid. Based at our Edinburgh Park office near Edinburgh Airport, with an expectation of two days per week in the office.
