We brief your driver in detail about your group, we speak directly with the courses in the days before your visit to confirm tee times and caddies – we take nothing for granted. Before you leave home, we make sure you feel informed, prepared, and completely at ease. You will receive a web based itinerary, accessible online or through an app, with all timings, arrangements, and key details clearly set out in one place.
Alongside this, we share practical advice to help you travel well, including what to pack, what to expect, and useful local insights that make being away easier and more enjoyable. As plans come together, we remain on hand to answer questions and refine details, so you begin the journey feeling confident and ready to enjoy what lies ahead.
Your group will have a dedicated Client Experience Manager available by phone, text, or email throughout your trip, whenever you need them.
How much you engage is entirely up to you. Some guests prefer regular check ins, while others simply like to know support is there if needed. Either way, having someone who knows your trip inside out allows you to relax and enjoy your trip.
We ask every client to fill in a short survey for us on their return home. We actively seek feedback because we are always looking for ways to improve what we do, whether that is discovering a great new restaurant, noting a truly exceptional caddie, or identifying a small detail that could make a future trip even better.
